Bloody Cleaver is THE KEY LEGENDARY - makes life steal trigger blood mark stacks AND adds 50% chance to apply bloodmark on hit. This single item makes the build viable. Cursed Grabbies 'really good' for damage. Electric Plug synergizes with Aegis. Get attack speed items - 'we go attack speed every time we can.' Feathers mentioned as good legendary. Priority: get life steal high, then stack quantity and attack speed.

Quantity Tome for projectile spam and life steal procs. Health Tome for 'meme' survivability but actually crucial. XP Tome for scaling. Cursed Tome 'really good' for spawning more enemies. Damage Tome mentioned as alternative - 'damage scales poison.' Size Tome would help Flamewalker apply blood marks from further away. Attack speed constantly prioritized.
